Multi award-winning property developer, HJ Collection, has achieved substantial growth in the first half of 2025, celebrating the opening of a new international office in New York while expanding its global footprint.

Founded in 2019 by property investment and development specialist, Reece Mennie, HJ Collection was established to address the UK’s growing housing crisis through the delivery of sustainable, efficient, and affordable residential developments in prime locations across the country.

In just six years, the company has grown from a start-up into a nationally recognised property developer, managing the entire acquisition and development process in-house to maximise value, control, and efficiency.

With 15 live developments across the UK, HJ Collection has successfully delivered over 650* residential units to date, with its Gross Development Value (GDV) forecast to exceed £150 million by the close of 2025.

In opening its new office in New York, the fast-growing property developer welcomes four new sales representatives to the business, together with a 55% increase in US-based international investment.

This mid-year update comes as HJ Collection announces the return of £30 million to its growing network of investors, cementing its position as a growing force in the property development and investment sectors.
